Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate advanced semiconductor devices through testing, measurement, and data analysis.
- Collaborate across teams to link device physics and develop test methodologies and algorithms for wafer test and characterization.
- Conduct experiments, analyze device data, investigate root-causes, and present findings.
- Mentor peers, lead technical reviews, and serve as a subject-matter expert.
What You鈥檒l Bring / Technical Expertise
- Great foundation in semiconductor physics and electrical characterization.
- Deep understanding of NAND, DRAM, and emerging memory test methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with electrical test equipment and parametric systems (logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, wafer probers, parametric ATE, and bench systems).
- Experience using Automated Test Equipment (ATE) systems such as Advantest and Teradyne.
- Proficiency in Python, C/C++, and Unix/Linux, for automation and analysis.
- Proven ability to scale characterization methods into production flows.
- Creative problem-solving and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Solid knowledge of high-speed interface protocols, like:
- NAND (Toggle/ONFI)
- DDR3鈥揇DR5, LPDDR3鈥揕PDDR5
- GDDR3鈥揋DDR6, HBM2/3/3E/4
- Knowledge in serial testing like SCAN, JTAG or other serial protocols.
- Background in data analytics.
