A Communications & Multimedia Intern supports content creation (video, graphics, social media), assists with digital campaigns, manages digital assets, helps with event coverage (photo/video), and performs research, requiring skills in Adobe Suite/Canva, basic editing, storytelling, and teamwork, all while pursuing a relevant degree in fields like Communications or Design. This role as include event management and engagement with stakeholder.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Content Creation: Assist in producing videos, graphics (infographics) and Pixel web content.
- Editing & Production: Edit video/audio, perform color correction, and manage A/V equipment.
- Digital Asset Management: Organize and maintain multimedia libraries, ensuring event consistency.
- Research & Strategy: Gather data for content, brainstorm ideas, and help implement communication plans.
- Event Support: Provide photo/video coverage for events and conferences.
- Collaboration: Work with teams on projects, attend meetings, and liaise with stakeholders.
- Logistics Coordination: Assist in venue selection, vendor management, and the coordination of event materials like briefing notes and registration kits.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure all event activities align with brand messaging.
- Post-Event Reporting: Compile data for recap videos, highlight reels, and comprehensive performance reports, including attendee feedback
