As an intern, you'll have the chance to apply machine learning, deep learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs) for semiconductor process technology development.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and evaluate AI/ML models to analyze semiconductor process, device, and metrology data
- Apply LLMs for:
- Knowledge extraction from process logs, experiment reports, and technical documentation
- Assisting with root-cause analysis and hypothesis generation
- Automating data interpretation and reporting workflows
- Design end-to-end ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, validation, and deployment
- Explore advanced learning techniques such as:
- Physics-informed machine learning
- Bayesian optimization for process tuning
- Reinforcement learning for process control
- Collaborate with domain experts to translate semiconductor process challenges into tractable AI problems
- Present findings through technical reports, presentations, and (where applicable) internal publications or patents
