ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform programming and troubleshooting of SMT lines. SPI /AOI inspection systems and other designed manufacturing equipment.
- Monitor machine performance and fine-tune programs to improve accuracy and productivity.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Equipment, QA and Operations team) to resolve issues.
- Minimize product changeover duration and process fine-tuning requirements.
- Maintain production runs at optimal yield levels.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required by business needs.
