We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to support our monthly and quarterly close processes, inventory reserve analysis, and financial reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross鈥慺unctional teams in a dynamic environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare month鈥慹nd journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and close deliverables, including the calculation and validation of 1MDF and Channel Inventory reserves.
- Lead monthly meetings with Business Unit Finance to review and explain the Future Channel Inventory Reserve Rate.
- Analyze monthly and quarterly inventory reserve results and provide insights to management.
- Prepare quarter鈥慹nd lookback analyses related to channel inventory reserves.
- Manage the accrual and reconciliation process for 1MDF spending.
- Support SOX compliance activities and respond to internal and external audit PBC requests.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and control enhancements.
- Partner with IT and cross鈥慺unctional stakeholders to implement improvements to system reports, workflows, and analytics capabilities.
