ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Shift support for continuous production line and ensure equipment in good performance to meet the goals on equipment uptime, yield, and cost, utilization and cycle time.
- Support the production to report the online machine status and issue to EE Leader and Engineer.
- Perform line conversion and complete FAI
- Able to handle SMT machines(NXT, DEK, BTU, AOI, Asymtek, V510, VCO, RBM)
- Support tech team to meet the goals on machine down time; utilization; to improve MTBA / MTBF
- Support Engineer for project follow up.
- Project improvement submission
- Give training to operators about machine operation and to improve their working skills.
- Spare parts hand out; replacement; and make good record for tracking.
- This role requires reliable presence to support operational and team objectives.
