ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team in Simpang Ampat, Malaysia. In this role, you will lead and oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring high-quality production while maintaining safety standards and driving continuous improvement.
- Lead and manage the manufacturing team to meet production targets, quality standards, and customer requirements
- Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes and procedures to optimize productivity and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the production area
- Monitor and maintain a high standard of 6S and ESD practices in the manufacturing environment
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues and improve overall efficiency
- Analyze production data and implement cost-saving strategies and techniques
- Coach and mentor team members to foster a high-performing and motivated workforce
- Oversee the maintenance of manufacturing equipment and facilities
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing projects
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to ensure timely material availability
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to upper management
