We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for focusing factory yield related issues, supporting customer or engineering requests, identifying and driving cost-reduction opportunities, participating in quality improvement initiatives, monitoring demand and supply forecasts, managing product health from launch through end-of-life (EOL). Also, Acts as the overall Lead to the Sustaining Core Team.
This position requires strong communication skills and adaptability, as you will collaborate across multiple teams and functions, including engineering, operations, and contract manufacturers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
End-to-End KPI Performance Owner. Accountable for overall KPI performance including product yield, Manufacturing Lead Time (MLT), On-Time Delivery (OTD), SSX/QAX, and Demand & Supply Forecast. Provides strategic direction, coaching, and support to individual KPI owners to close performance gaps. Maintains dashboards and provides executive-level performance updates.
Alternate Material Enablement Introduction. Leads cross-functional teams for new or alternate site material introductions (direct/indirect). Facilitates stakeholder alignment and ensures timely execution of project milestones. Oversees overall readiness for production and shipment.
Sustaining Product Enablement & Business Continuity. Chairs site enablement meetings for sustaining products. Ensures timely execution, compliance with customer requirements, and site readiness. Drives alignment across site stakeholders for ongoing product support.
Customer Requirement & Engineering Execution. Translates customer-specific requirements into actionable engineering solutions. Manages changes such as label/package updates and direct material changes. Ensures alignment with customer specifications and structured project execution.
End-of-Life (EOL) Transition. Initiates and leads product EOL meetings with stakeholders. Identifies and mitigates risks related to material excess inventory. Engages stakeholders in EOL planning meetings, assigns tasks, and supports final order and material depletion strategies. Provides summaries of final PLC phases and ensures timely execution and resource alignment. Mitigates risks and optimizes processes to minimize scrap and operational costs.
Performance Improvement & Task Force Leader. Leads performance improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams. Develops and executes gap closure plans. Initiates and chairs task force teams to resolve critical operational issues. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement improvement initiatives.
Program Performance & Reporting. Tracks and reports on key performance indicators across manufacturing stages. Maintains visibility through regular status updates, ensures data accuracy and timely communication to stakeholders.
Quality Excursions. Collaborate with quality team to meet overall Quality KPI performance and support initiatives to address potential gaps. Participate and Support QAPM in any Quality excursions (SSx / Qax) at factory. In the event of any of the Stop Ship Order (SSO) process, assist in containment activities, disposition, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to mitigate and/or minimize business impact. Partners with the Quality team to resolve customer RMA issues, ensuring timely closure and alignment with customer expectations.
Early Engagement in New Product Development - Early engagement and involvement on matters related to the Product Yield and Performance of products that are moving to the Sustaining Phase. Participate in the Manufacturing Readiness Reviews (MRR) and provide inputs and approval for product release followed by assuming ownership once new product exit to HVM is approved. Ensuring all open work items, key performance indicators (KPI) and PLC roadmaps are aligned with high-volume manufacturing (HVM) capabilities.
Inventory Disposition. Support MRB and Non-Nett inventory locations, ensuring timely reprocessing, reclassification, and disposition to prevent aging.
EOL Planning โ Engage Stakeholders into the EOL Meeting , assign respective tasks to cross functional teams. Support the Product Planning and Supply Chain teams in all relevant EOL planning activities, such as final order quantities, material depletion strategies to manage and optimize exposure of excess Inventory. Provide summary of the final phase of the PLC to ensure timelines and resource allocation until OBS.
