ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leading New Product Development lot/Work-Order execution at SMT.
- Ensuring all execution activities follow SOP, WI, and VAR to meet yield and throughput expectations.
- Collecting and summarizing engineering data (Yield, Process Capability, Metrology Data, Error logs), observing any learnings, and communicating them to respective Engineers for improvement purposes.
- Preparing and setting up required collateral, jigs/fixtures to ensure build readiness.
- Assisting Engineers in following up with Operation and Quality teams on Work Order closure.
- Assisting Engineers with new material/component first articles inspection and final buyoff.
