ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the development of a learning organization by designing and implementing programs and initiatives that promote continuous learning and skill development
- Building a culture of continuous learning & knowledge sharing (including knowledge retention within the organization).
- Utilize analytics and drive self-service analytics of people leaders to measure the effectiveness of people transformation initiatives and provide data-driven insights for improvement
- Project manage Operations initiative, liaison with multiple stakeholders and participate in continual improvement activities.
- Participate in strategic planning activities and ensure key improvement projects are deployed and tracked.
- Assess strengths, bottlenecks, and pain points in manufacturing processes and introduce corrective actions or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish governance structures suited for manufacturing programs, including operations steering committees, quality gate reviews, and escalation mechanisms.
