Weâre looking for an Associate eCommerce Inventory Planner â North America to support inventory accuracy, operational excellence, and dataâdriven decision-making across Salomon.com in the U.S. and Canada.
This role is perfect for an earlyâcareer inventory, planning, or supply chain professional who enjoys working with data, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and playing a key part in ensuring our products are available when consumers want them.
Youâll support contract inventory management, monthly reconciliations, data analysis, and product readinessâhelping drive strong inventory health and successful eCommerce performance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily:
Contract Inventory Management & Reconciliation
- Maintain and reconcile monthly contract inventory levels for all product categories across the U.S. and Canada.
- Ensure contract quantities accurately reflect sales trends, forecasts, and current demand.
- Prepare analysis and reporting to support monthly contract reconciliation meetings with Demand Planning.
Data Analysis & Inventory Optimization
- Analyze inventory data to identify opportunities that improve inventory health, productivity, and sellâthrough.
- Track and communicate key metrics to help the team understand risks, gaps, and opportunities.
CrossâFunctional Collaboration
- Partner with Customer Service to manage and update contracts accurately and efficiently in SAP.
- Support Demand Planning by providing accurate data and insights that inform buy plans and replenishment needs.
- Work closely with the eCommerce Merchandising team to ensure products are available on time for launches, campaigns, and key moments on Salomon.com.
PreSeason Buy & Business Support
- Provide analytical support for PreSeason buy decision-making.
- Deliver data-driven recommendations that help shape category-level buy quantities and timelines.
