The Strategic Planning Business Analyst W/M plays a central role in supporting the Strategic Planning team with decision making, assessment of key projects, and long-term strategic planning through data and financial analyses.
This role involves rigorous analytical and technical skills, attention to detail and effective communication skills for synthesizing and presenting complex analyses.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of concrete strategic and financial plans (e.g. 5-year financial glidepath) in line with CEO/FO guidance, in close collaboration with key stakeholders (also across functions – particularly functional controlling and business owners)
- Support with material development for annual planning cycles in connection with the long-term strategy. Periodically monitor the teams’ and company’s performance against the annual planning objectives
- Develop and maintain strategic planning tools to perform scenario and sensitivity analyses for key projects and the overall company
- Collaborate with the Competitor & Market intelligence team to monitor the company’s performance against internal targets as well as peer companies, ensuring alignment with market dynamics and strategic priorities
- Support business functions with concrete data and financial analyses as well as management presentations in connection to key projects.
