Job Description
Assess and continuously monitor the adherence of local F&C teams, delivery managers, and project managers to our global lead-to-cash process standard, from initial project setup to invoicing and closing
Develop in-depth understanding of our global process standard and underlying systems as a basis to monitor adherence
Conduct in-depth reviews of single projects of interest through assessing various aspects, such as project planning or a match between planned and actual values
Act as a sparrings partner and competent point of contact for local project controllers, delivery managers, and project managers of the projects
Contribute actively to inter-disciplinary projects for our global F&C function
