Roland Berger is looking for Senior Consultants specializing in Operations to join our Mexico City office. You will work on high-impact Operations consulting engagements for various clients in different industries. Key Responsibilities
- Manages client projects with primary responsibility for client satisfaction, team excellence, and delivery on time and to budget
- Manages day to day client relations and builds long-term relationships with client
- Supports Management Team members with Operations project acquisitions and delivery
- Conducts the collection, analysis and interpretation of client and industry information
- Analyzes initial situation of client and helps to develop tailored operations strategies and concepts to enhance performance
- Structures the problem-solving process and develops project schedules, assigns work to team members
- Leads specific problem solving, change management, and transformation work streams during client engagements
- Develops action plans to improve products & processes, increase efficiency, and ensure scalability
- Interfaces with client employees and project team members on all levels, e.g. from operators on the shopfloor to leadership
- Helps to build project delivery documents and capability building materials
- Guides junior team members and provides on the job training and coaching
- Develops intellectual capital in targeted areas as part of our thought leadership initiatives
- Travels to client locations
