Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientedSales Operations Associate to join our sales Operations team. This role is ideal for professionals with 1โ2 years of experience in Salesforce administration and sales operations who are eager to deepen their expertise in CRM management, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with the Sales Operations Lead and contribute to maintaining a high-performing sales ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Administration
Manage day-to-day Salesforce tasks, including user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and ensure data integrity.
Configure fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and basic automations.
Troubleshoot user issues and provide first-line support for Sales and Customer teams.
Assist in testing and deploying new Salesforce features and enhancements.
Sales Operations Support
Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and performance dashboards.
Document and improve sales processes and workflows.
Perform data cleansing, enrichment, and ensure CRM hygiene.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams for data alignment across systems.
Prepare operational reports and support ad-hoc analysis for leadership.
