Learning and Development is a high priority for the Qantas Group. As we continue strengthening our learning ecosystem, our Group L&D function is focused on delivering consistent, high quality, technology enabled learning solutions that support our people and enable safe, efficient operations across the business. This role plays a critical part in defining and governing the standards that ensure learning is effective, compliant, and aligned to business needs.
As the Learning & Development Manager Quality & Standards, you will lead the development, implementation, and governance of learning quality frameworks across the Qantas Group. This includes leading quality assurance activities, establishing consistent standards, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring learning programs meet regulatory, legislative, and business requirements.
You will partner closely with the Learning Manager Technology, working together to ensure learning solutions are high quality, data driven, and operationally effective. This role also provides strategic insights and performance reporting to senior leadership, using quality metrics such as NPS, CSAT and benchmarking data to guide decision making.
