Role Overview
We are looking for a high-impact SAP Sales Executive with a strong US network, hunter mentality, and proven drive to win complex SAP S/4HANA and RISE with SAP transformation deals.
This role is ideal for a street-smart, entrepreneurial sales professional who knows how to open doors, navigate C-level conversations, and close high-value transformation programs in competitive environments.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Ownership & Growth
- Own and drive sales for SAP S/4HANA and RISE with SAP transformation projects
- Build, qualify, and execute a high-quality pipeline across key industries:
- Retail
- Manufacturing
- Public Sector
- Professional Services
- Proactively originate opportunities through network, cold outreach, and ecosystem leverage
Full Sales Cycle Leadership
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle:
- Qualification & deal shaping
- Account and pursuit strategy
- Scoping & solution positioning
- Proposal development
- Commercial and pricing models
- Negotiation and closing
- Act as the single sales owner from first contact to contract signature
Value-Based Selling
- Create compelling proposals and executive-level presentations
- Clearly articulate business value, including:
- ROI
- TCO
- Transformation roadmaps
- Cloud and operating-model benefits
- Position SAP Cloud ERP and RISE not as IT projects, but as business transformations
Ecosystem & Partner Engagement
- Actively engage the SAP ecosystem:
- SAP RISE & SAP field organization
- Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strategic alliances and partners
- Drive joint go-to-market and co-sell motions
Revenue & Targets
- Consistently achieve and exceed ambitious revenue targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and deal governance
