Assist with running the Spa in a smooth, professional manner by providing guests with excellent customer service at all times and ensuring that treatments are correctly and appropriately booked. Maximizing spa revenue through yield management, retail sales, re-booking guests, high therapist and room occupancy, and efficient bookings. Providing guests with excellent knowledge of all spa and retail products. Ensuring that the guest鈥檚 experience at the Spa is memorable from beginning to end.
- To perform services as per LQA standard.
- To create the first positive impression to the guests by greeting them in a warm welcoming manner-by name addressed.
- To contribute to the high level of services in accordance with the company鈥檚 standard as prescribed in Standard Operations Manual.
- To perform quality treatments as prescribed in Standard Training Manual.
- To recommend products and services suitable to the guest鈥檚 specific needs.
- Flexible and able to adjust the services and recommendations based on the guest conditions and needs.
- To ensure that all equipment associated with service function at all time.
- To be able to answer all questions related to services and identify the benefit or advantage of treatments required to the guests.
- To assist with demonstrations and events as required.
- To participate in a new training and refresher program as required.
- To ensure the cleanliness, room set-up and hygiene in work areas is being followed according to Standard.
- Attend to upselling shift and events whenever needed by management.
- Assist Spa attendant in ensuring set up and cleanliness of changing room, relaxation room, and wet facilities are up to standard.
