As Director of Sales, you will be a key pillar of the hotel, leading the Sales Department with energy, passion, and purpose. You will oversee the daily operations of the sales teamâmotivating, guiding, and empowering them to deliver exceptional results in line with NH Hotelsâ standards of excellence.
In this role, you will take ownership of developing and implementing the hotelâs annual sales, marketing, and business plans, as well as preparing the departmental operating budget. Working closely with the Revenue Manager, you will contribute to accurate forecasting, identify new business opportunities, and design creative initiativesâsuch as special events and sales blitzesâto position the hotel effectively in the market.
You will build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and partners, while proactively exploring new markets and segments to drive business growth. As a brand ambassador, you will represent NH Hotels at trade shows and major industry events locally and internationally, showcasing the hotel and strengthening our presence across key markets.
