About the Role:

This position plays a critical role in generating qualified leads, booking appointments, and supporting the broader sales and marketing team in achieving business targets. As our Telemarketer / Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, qualifying prospective tenants and property owners, and nurturing opportunities to strengthen our sales pipeline.

What You Will Do:

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective tenants, owners and leads
• Follow up on marketing-generated leads, referrals and event contacts
• Identify, qualify and nurture potential clients through effective engagement
• Book appointments, site inspections and sales opportunities
• Provide accurate information about properties, leasing options and services
• Maintain accurate and timely CRM records
• Escalate complex enquiries to sales or property management teams
• Meet and exceed telemarketing and campaign performance targets
