Lead and deliver a minimum of five cross-functional process improvement projects per year as part of the One Execution Team (OET). Apply project management principles and practices to secure end-to-end delivery of project scope, timelines, budget, and performance outcomes. Enable organizational readiness, knowledge transfer, and smooth change adoption across the organization.
- Lead assigned projects on behalf of the Country MT, delivering expected outcomes on time, on budget, and according to the Ikano project life cycle.
- Secure clear and consistent communication of project scope, risks, dependencies, and impacts to all relevant stakeholders including project teams, steering groups, vendors and functional leaders.
- Ensure organisational readiness is embedded into project plans to secure intended customer benefits, business growth and operational efficiencies.
- Lead change management activities to enable smooth transitions, easy adoption of new ways of working, and successful realisation of project benefits.
- Ensure training materials, super users and trainers are prepared, validated and implemented to support long-term capability building.
- Prepare and maintain all project documentation following Ikano governance standards and ensure all learnings are shared across the organisation.
