Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Leads and executes the organization鈥檚 talent strategy as it relates to current and future needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning. Audits career progression and transition labor categories as necessary.
- Partner with office managers and sector leaders to develop creative sourcing strategies and build strong candidate pipelines.
- Plan and lead college career fairs, including logistics, collateral preparation, booth setup, and staffing.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience through timely, transparent communication.
- Collaborate with Marketing on employment branding initiatives to strengthen HEI鈥檚 presence in the talent marketplace.
- Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics to optimize hiring outcomes.
- Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive pay programs to ensure the organization can attract and retain top talent.
Training & Talent Development
- Work with HR team members, leaders, and subject matter experts to identify employee development needs and organization-wide learning initiatives.
- Design, implement, and sustain training programs using classroom and virtual learning formats.
- Creates learning and development programs to provide internal development opportunities for employees, including leadership development.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Build strong, consultative relationships with employees and leaders across the organization.
- Support employee retention efforts by contributing to development plans and engagement strategies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality while addressing employee concerns, providing guidance, and supporting positive employee relations practices.
- Promote consistency, fairness, and alignment with organizational policies and culture.

- Assist with broader HR projects, initiatives, and responsibilities as assigned to support overall department goals.
