Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Transformation Migration Analyst to support the migration of Wholesale Lending operations from ACBS to the Loan IQ platform for a major financial services end client. This role will work closely with technology teams, business stakeholders, operations users, controls teams, migration technology teams, and UAT leadership to plan, manage, and execute system and process changes. The position focuses on business analysis, current versus future gap analysis, requirements documentation, process updates, test script creation, and execution to ensure successful data migration, operational readiness, and business process alignment.
What you will do:
- Lead a Migration Pod and drive execution of data migration, risk and control, training, and business process alignment for interim and strategic changes.
- Plan, manage, and execute test migrations, dry runs, and migration go live activities.
- Identify, reconcile, and resolve pre and post migration data discrepancies to improve data quality for future migrations.
- Liaise with technology, operations, and business stakeholders to drive data clean up, process optimization, and automation opportunities.
- Produce, review, obtain sign off, and store all project artefacts and documentation.
- Act as a key point of contact for systems, process, and automation changes within Wholesale Lending Operations.
- Support system implementation into business as usual operations and provide on site guidance, issue escalation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Drive continuous improvement across operational readiness by incorporating stakeholder feedback into delivery plans.
- Communicate clearly and professionally to global audiences and prepare presentation materials for transformation and project meetings.
- Extract, interpret, and present data in support of migration and stakeholder deliverables.
- Co manage migration deliverables for offshore teams and ensure alignment with timelines and scope.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define testing scenarios, scripts, frameworks, and procedures aligned to business risk.
- Ensure business understanding of change impacts, testing requirements, and go or no go decision criteria.
- Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and support training, workarounds, and change adoption as required.
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements, risk management frameworks, and internal policy standards.
