Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: Fixed Term
Work set up: Remote
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to deliver high-quality, brand-led visual communication across global clients and internal initiatives. This role goes beyond execution and requires strong conceptual thinking, design leadership, and the ability to operate as a trusted creative partner to both clients and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will translate complex briefs into clear, compelling visual outputs while maintaining exceptional quality, consistency, and efficiency in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
What you will do:
- Design and finalise high-quality visual assets across presentations, brand materials, digital assets, and editable templates with a strong focus on PowerPoint excellence.
- Interpret and elevate client briefs into polished, on-brand creative solutions that meet both strategic and aesthetic objectives.
- Ensure all work adheres strictly to client brand guidelines while bringing thoughtful creative value where appropriate.
- Stay abreast of current design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure all design work is modern, relevant, and innovative.
- Own quality control across all deliverables, ensuring accuracy, alignment, visual consistency, and brand compliance before release.
- Maintain high design standards under tight timelines and on mission-critical projects.
- Collaborate closely with clients, team members, and cross-functional departments to achieve project objectives within specified deadlines.
- Present and explain design decisions confidently, acting as a trusted advisor rather than a task-taker.
- Support and guide junior designers through informal mentorship, feedback, and quality checks where required.
- Contribute to a collaborative and positive studio culture aligned with established values and ways of working.
- Manage administrative and backend tasks associated with taking a brief through to the final product, including organising project files, maintaining documentation, and following established processes.
