Lead the full lifecycle of events and programs, ensuring smooth coordination, timely execution, and alignment across all involved teams and stakeholders.
Oversee all external programs, exposure events, partnerships, and in-house engagement initiatives.
Coordinate end-to-end logistics including venue booking, vendor management, transportation, catering, branding, technical setup, and hospitality.
Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and tech teams to ensure cohesive event branding and communication.
Manage event budgets, ensure cost control, and provide timely reporting and documentation.
Act as the primary point of contact for event partners, sponsors, participants, and internal stakeholders.
Conduct post-event analysis and prepare evaluation reports with actionable insights for improvement.
Support and organize internal culture-building activities and employee engagement events as needed
