- Work on sales within the Company Business Unit of Engineering and Solutions (Instrumentations).
- Manage the entire sales process in the allotted vertical with ability to work multi-disciplinary portfolio.
- Supporting the team for Growth at the Business Unit level and the Company.
- Work and coordinate with the sales team for all costing and estimation process pertaining to the Bulk Trading Section
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the allotted sector, understanding their requirements.
Technical Sales
- Provide technical expertise related to our business segment of Instrumentations and Engineering Solutions, guiding clients through product selection based on their specific needs.
Proposal Development
- Provide all-inclusive details (technical specifications, cost estimates, and project timelines) to support the estimation team to prepare comprehensive proposals.
Estimation and Bidding
- Work closely with internal teams, including proposal, engineering, Sales Order management, and product development, to ensure successful completion of sales process and customer satisfaction.
- Sourcing and Floating Enquiries to Suppliers / Manufacturers /Subcontractors
- Preparation of Cost sheet (Direct & indirect cost, temporary facilities and other related costs)
- Review of commercial terms and condition documents.
- Preparation of Technical and commercial proposal as per Client requirement.
- Negotiations with suppliers and Principals on both technical and commercial aspects of product.
- Maintaining ISO documentation, Record Keeping, Suppliers/Manufacturers Data Bank records
