Entering employment data into the company database and HR soft;
Input data to control the schedule of employees' vacations, Sickness Leave, Bereavement Leave and Maternity Leave;
Assist in preparing employment contracts, contract addendums and follow up job descriptions;
Assist in the preparation for personnel administration i.e. tax forms, employment engagement forms, health insurance, termination documents and other required documents;
File all kind of personal documents;
To prepare simple reports due to personal data;
Suggest and discuss improvements to current systems;
Organize both hard and soft documents and files;
Keep all documentation up to date;
Assist in HR Department ad-hoc projects;
Perform duties in accordance with standards and procedures established by the company;
Comply to Internal Policy and instructions;
Perform job obligations in proper, high quality and timely manner;
Ensure compliance and accuracy of the provided information;
Timely execution of any other reasonable tasks provided by the Direct Manager falling within the held position;
Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences, provided that replacement take place during working time and shall not be considered as additional work (overtime);
Ensure full attendance at trainings and workshops necessary for job assignments according to the development plan and request of the Direct Manager;
Be Responsible for trusted work resources and items;
Carry out the activities related to person safety.
