We are now looking for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Business Support team!
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, engage, and hire top talent aligned with business needs. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR to ensure a proactive, efficient, and high-quality hiring experience while maintaining compliance and promoting employer brand standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions (intake through offer acceptance)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and talent pipelines
- Screen and evaluate candidates through structured interviews and behavioral-based assessments
- Coordinate interview processes and provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices
- Drive a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement
- Manage offer development in partnership with HR and leadership
- Track and report recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline health, and offer acceptance rates
- Ensure compliance with EEO, OFCCP (if applicable), and internal hiring policies
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) documentation
- Support employer branding initiatives and workforce planning efforts
- Participate in continuous process improvement within Talent Acquisition
