Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reporting specialist with PMO responsibilities and with strong Excel skills to join our IT Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate is either experienced or eager to grow into a role focused on reporting, standardization, and process efficiency. This role also supports broader operational, finance and back-office reporting initiatives, leveraging Excel and Power BI expertise together with running small projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain, in collaboration with other teams, detailed reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI for different scopes (Finance, Stock Management, Azure, Back-office, Operations, Projects, Business, ...)
- Create presentations for different stakeholders.
- Follow up on specific projects, together with Compliance and Operational Teams
- Manage several back-office tasks: e.g. License management, ticket reporting, training assignment and reporting, …
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal,
Qualifications
Mandatory
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, data analysis, project tracking).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision-making.
- High accuracy in reporting and analysis.
Good to Have / Willing to Learn
- Knowledge of Power BI and Power Query.
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus
