OVERALL OBJECTIVES: As part of the IT Infrastructure Support Team for Eurofins Food, Feed & Agro Testing Europe, you will join a growing international team to work on maintenance of newly deployed segregated IT User Zones and Application Availability Groups servers, end user device management and Cloud infrastructures. Your role will be to support daily operations tasks and to support project workload including design & implementation of new infrastructure. You will collaborate with number of different IT Support and Delivery Teams on daily basis. It will require Microsoft Server & Client OS, Azure, O365 engineering skills. Open mind and ability to cooperate with multiple individuals in a multicultural environment is essential.

SPECIFIC ASSIGNMENTS:
As part of the Food, Feed & Agro Testing Europe Operations L2 Team you will act as primary contact to support infrastructure regarding:
- Azure services configurations and maintenance
- Windows Server configuration and operational support
- M365 problems (Outlook, Office, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Windows).
- Identity and Access Management queries.
- Applications related problems requiring triage to respective application support group.
Expanded Responsibilities
- Manage Exchange Online, including mailbox administration, distribution groups, shared mailboxes, transport rules, and mail flow troubleshooting.
- Support SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams, including permissions management, site collections, sync issues, governance, Teams/Channels, policies, and meeting settings.
- Handle end-to-end troubleshooting of:
- Mail delivery & Exchange Online issues
- SharePoint/OneDrive access & sync issues
- Teams’ meetings, calling, chat, and app-related incidents
- Outlook, OneNote, and Microsoft 365 Apps
- Azure AD authentication, MFA, and Conditional Access failures
- Monitor and respond to alerts from the Security & Compliance Center, ensuring proactive incident mitigation.
- Apply and manage Information Protection labels, data governance policies, and related compliance controls.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) with recommendations for long-term improvements.
- Execute migrations using:
- ShareGate (SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams)
- BitTitan (mailbox & shared mailbox migrations)
Required Skills
A strong candidate should have 5+ years of hands-on experience across the following:
- Experience in server (virtual & physical) infrastructure design and transitions
- Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 administration, including deployments in Azure.
- Azure AD & Active Directory management, including GPO administration.
- Exchange Online administration and mail flow understanding.
- Solid understanding of:
- M365 core components (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Licensing models
- DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Hybrid identity concepts
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Working knowledge of PowerShell for administrative tasks and automation.
Below skills will be an advantage:
- Automation with PowerShell, Ansible etc.
- Service Now Ticketing usage
- ITIL Foundation certificate
- Site 24x7 Monitoring tool
