Our P&T teams move fast, but our learning isnโt always aimed at the skills that move the needle. This role exists to focus our effort and budget on the capabilities that matter most โ so everyone knows what to learn, managers know how to back their teams, and the business sees a clear uplift in capabilities.
The P&T Skills & Capabilities Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the learning and development approach for the Product & Technology function.
