As CRM Manager for Sports Interaction Casino, you will translate Entain鈥檚 broader CRM strategy into high-performing campaigns and promotional offers that drive customer engagement, retention, and reactivation. You will design campaign mechanics, define player bonuses per segment, own the promotional calendar, and ensure flawless execution of campaign plans supervising it end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities include:
Campaign Strategy and Design
Design offers and campaign mechanics that drive engagement, retention, and reactivation KPIs within promotional budget parameters
Ensure all campaigns align with brand guidelines, best practices, regulatory requirements, and responsible gaming practices
Promotional Calendar Ownership
Own and manage the promotional calendar for each calendar week, working cross-functionally with Product, VIP and other functions to align planned promotions to strategic objectives
Ensure optimum campaign cadence to maximize player engagement
Quality Assurance and Promo Optimization
Oversee QA on all campaigns before launch to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance
Maximize promotional visibility in the right channels (email, inbox, push notifications, SMS, overlays)
Performance Management and Analysis
Analyze promotion performance as well as bonus spend efficiency
Apply learnings of post-campaign analysis to optimize future campaigns
Coaching and Development
Develop direct report鈥檚 capabilities on campaign execution and CRM best practices
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
