As a Group Ethics & Compliance Senior Manager, you will be responsible for helping lead and support the implementation, development and oversight of Entain鈥檚 various Ethics & Compliance (E&C) workstreams and to drive forward a best-in-class ethical culture at Entain. There is a need to recruit an experienced compliance manager as we develop, expand and refine our E&C programme.
Reporting to the Group Ethics Director, this individual will gain the opportunity to work across the whole business, engaging with colleagues across the globe. This role covers the whole range of compliance activities, including policies, training, communications, third party risk management, monitoring and testing, data analytics, reporting and horizon scanning. The role will provide the individual with extensive opportunities to broaden, expand and refine their compliance expertise. It requires an understanding of typical listed-company E&C frameworks, focusing on a core set of compliance risks (bribery, corruption, conflicts of interest, competition law, sanctions, modern slavery, fraud and tax evasion).
The ideal candidate will have passion for culture and compliance, an ability to think creatively and build relationships with exceptional organisational and communication skills. Attention to detail, the desire to continuously learn and the ability to be dynamic and driven are also key skills/behaviours for this role. Experience dealing with third party risk management and using AI is an advantage. The role will also provide an opportunity to travel occasionally.
