Job Description

Assist in developing and implementing operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity across departments.
Coordination of Pillar-level reporting, including monthly release communications and fortnightly flash reports.
Production and maintenance of Quarterly Pillar Sync data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Ability to gather, consolidate, and analyse data from multiple sources, presenting it in a clear, high-quality format.
Proactively identifies opportunities to streamline processes, simplify workflows, and reduce effort for the Gaming Leadership Team.
Ability to balance operational consistency with innovation in task management.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address operational issues.
Sends timely reminders and updates to stakeholders to drive accountability and progress.
Maintains and updates central document repositories, ensuring information is current and easy to access.
