Lead the architectural design of technical buildings, equipment rooms, control buildings, industrial facilities, and administrative support structures.
Prepare concept, developed, and detailed architectural drawings in full compliance with applicable codes, authority regulations, and project requirements.
Conduct and lead design and coordination meetings with clients, operators, and internal engineering teams.
Coordinate all architectural interfaces with MEP, structural, civil, and systems disciplines.
Develop and review combined services drawings (CSD) and ensure alignment with all design packages.
Review inputs from other disciplines, incorporate client comments, and issue revised drawings and documentation.
Support the preparation of BOD, specifications, and technical reports as required.
