We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior HVAC Engineer for site supervision project in Kuwait. This role is crucial in overseeing the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems for our projects in the region. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience and technical expertise to ensure efficient and high-quality HVAC implementations.
- Supervise on-site HVAC installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations
- Collaborate with project team, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and maintain project timelines
- Review and approve HVAC system designs, drawings, and technical submittals
- Perform energy modeling and analysis to optimize HVAC system performance and efficiency
- Develop and implement quality control procedures for HVAC installations
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians
- Prepare detailed reports on project progress, issues, and resolutions
- Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations specific to Kuwait
