We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Lead to join our rail infrastructure team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing complex rail construction projects, ensuring their timely and efficient completion while adhering to the highest quality and safety standards.
- Lead and manage all aspects of rail construction projects from inception to completion • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain construction standards • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery
- Ensure compliance with local and international rail construction regulations and safety standards • Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement • Collaborate with the design team to review and optimise construction methodologies • Manage contract administration and change orders as required
