Job Description

Oversee OCS design and delivery for rail/transit projects
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (civil, electrical, structural, etc.).
Review and approve OCS designs, drawings, and specifications.
Sign off of the project documents ( reports, drawings, calculations).
Ensure compliance with relevant standards, codes, and client requirements.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
Attend project meetings and provide technical expertise.
Allocate tasks and manage team resources for OCS-related work.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers.
Implement QA/QC processes for OCS deliverables.
Conduct design reviews and audits.
Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets for OCS scope.
Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Prepare technical reports, design documentation, and progress updates.
Maintain project records and ensure proper documentation.
Provide technical support during construction and commissioning.
Resolve site issues related to OCS installation and integration.
Stay updated with latest OCS technologies and best practices.
Promote process improvements and innovation within the team.
Project Management responsibilities for the OCS projects.
Maintain and record actions and due dates to ensure deliverables are aligned with Project Schedule.
Keep track of the deliverables and invoices.
Create monthly reporting presentation to leadership team on project status.
Track and manage financial health of the project.
