Employee Relations will be a key aspect of your role and you will be the first line contact for your managers and stakeholders, escalating cases as necessary
You will take the time to understand business needs and strategy whilst being able to communicate and deliver HR policies, processes and initiatives
You will be proactive, building mutually respectful relationships with stakeholders, whilst demonstrating excellent influencing skills
You will stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, translating them into actionable strategies and initiatives to drive organisational success
You will promote, support and deliver the ongoing regular HR activities e.g. workforce planning, salary reviews, performance excellence, well-being and engagement, taking the time to apply and safeguard our people processes
Participate in the delivery of HR training alongside the UK HR Team
Coach managers in their development of people management skills
Support the Head of HR Business Partnering with annual remuneration policy and practices
Generate regular reports utilising HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
