PURPOSE:
As a Product Owner you will work as a part of the team in Digital Enabler, IoT & Connectivity department for DigiHUB Mare. At DigiHub MARE, we are pioneers in the development of applications for the end customers in Germany, the employees of Deutsche Telekom Technik, Deutsche Telekom Field Service and Deutsche Telekom Service and for technical solutions to support customer side processes. The Purpose: Product Owner role is to oversee and drive the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. This involves planning, coordinating, and managing resources to achieve project goals within the defined scope, time, and budget constraints. The Product Owner ensures alignment with strategic objectives, stakeholder satisfaction, and quality standards, contributing significantly to the organization's growth and efficiency.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Project Planning and Initiation:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Identify and allocate necessary resources, including personnel, budget, and technology.
- Execution and Monitoring:
- Lead project teams, providing clear direction and motivation to ensure high performance and quality outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and change requests.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and obtain feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with organizational policies.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to assess project performance and implement continuous improvement practices.
- Coordinate testing, validation, and acceptance processes for project outcomes.
- Budget and Resource Management:
- Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring financial resources are utilized efficiently.
- Manage and optimize resource allocation, balancing workload and capacity across the project team.
- Identify and resolve resource constraints and conflicts to maintain project momentum.
- Project Closure:
- Finalize all project activities, ensuring all deliverables are completed and approved.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
- Ensure proper handover and transition of project outputs to operational teams or clients.
