You ensure operational excellence and technical stability across our learning platform ecosystem. You connect the dots between projects, recognize patterns that work, and replicate scalable solutions across initiatives. You continuously improve the platform to enhance customer experience and business impact.
This role is execution-driven and operationally focused:
- ~60% Platform Administration & Operational Excellence
- ~20% Technical Product & Governance Topics
- ~20% Stakeholder Enablement & Coordination
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Platform Administration & Operational Excellence (~60%)
- Own and manage day-to-day administration of our LMS/LXP environment
- Ensure system stability, performance, and high user experience
- Configure structures, permissions, reporting, and content setups
- Identify improvement opportunities and continuously enhance platform usability
- Recognize best practices from one project and apply them efficiently to others
- Act as expert contact for troubleshooting and solution implementation
Technical Product & Governance (~20%)
- Translate business and HR requirements into pragmatic technical solutions
- Support integrations (e.g., Teams, APIs, external providers)
- Manage governance and compliance processes (e.g., PSA/PSI, works council topics)
- Contribute operational expertise to roadmap and development discussions
- Support and execute platform migration activities if required
Stakeholder Enablement & Coordination (~20%)
- Act as trusted partner for HR, IT, and business stakeholders
- Drive topics forward with ownership and follow-through
- Coordinate with internal IT units and external vendors
- Ensure alignment and smooth execution across initiatives
