Job description:
- Processing and providing Software (PLC) solutions for machine improvement and service at customers plant / remotely such as HW/ SW (PLC) trouble shooting, Focus on Controls & Drives Hardware and Software issues
- Complex SW (PLC) root cause analysis, SW (PLC) debugging and solutions, SW (PLC) optimization, adaptation and improvement, SW (PLC) commissioning of new machines / prototypes/ pilots
- Creating pure Software (PLC) related technical documents, Point of contact for worldwide partners in terms of complex service questions and support topics at CM equipment
- Point of contact for Software (PLC) solutions / updates in the region (hybrid role)
- Supporting Conti tire plants with identification of failures and troubleshooting of Conti Machinery equipment
- Initiation and deploying lessons learned and technical experience in order to improve the equipment and product Best practice implementation in the plants.
- Building up networking with central manufacturing and worldwide partners (project related collaboration with relevant departments in CM, central and worldwide partners)
- Travel to Continental & Conti Machinery for technical knowledge enhancements and experience exchanges
- Raise awareness, ensure regular ESH training and provide information and immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazards
