Single point of contact for all employees and managers on HR matters
Provide proactive HR guidance and ensure compliance with policies, standards, and legal requirements
Interface with Business Area HR, internal business and the external payroll provider
Manage the full recruiting cycle from job posting to contract preparation
Coordinate talent and performance management processes and follow‑up actions
Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and ensure audit‑ready data quality
Prepare HR documents (contracts, certificates, letters)
Drive local regional implementation of organizational and HR changes
Implement new HR systems, tools, and processes
Lead site‑specific HR projects
Coordinate external office services and ensure a safe, well‑functioning work environment
Support the growth in the MENA region with HR activities
