Reporting to Group BI Head of cross-sell & broker channel, we are seeking a commercially driven and globally experienced operator to lead the strategic expansion of our Business Information line into our Trade Credit Insurance MID-MARKET ecosystem鈥攊ncluding through our broker channel. Operating at the group level, this role will drive cross-sell revenue growth by identifying synergies, embedding Business Information solutions, and enabling brokers to become powerful advocates of our solutions across 50+ markets.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Revenue Growth and Strategy
- Define and execute the global cross-sell strategy for TCI mid-market customers.
- Own BI revenue targets for cross-sell initiatives across all regions.
- Partner with regional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
- Develop messaging frameworks and campaign assets for global initiatives.
- Monitor pipeline health, ensure CRM discipline, and deliver accurate forecasts.
Market Intelligence & Opportunity Mapping
- Analyze market trends and customer segments to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent BI solutions at global events and collaborate with marketing for impactful campaigns.
Enablement & Execution
- Create sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, and campaign assets tailored for both direct and broker channels.
- Track performance metrics, pipeline velocity, and conversion rates to optimize execution.
- Lead pilots and proof-of-value engagements in priority regions and broker territories.
