MISSION :
To expand Coface Business Information (BI) market share in assigned territories by evaluating sales opportunities with the objective to grow the revenue through different channels including direct sales, partnerships and cross-sell.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute Coface Group鈥檚 BI strategy in the Philippines with medium-term objectives and long-term vision.
- Define and execute the GTM strategy.
- Manage and lead BI sales team members to execute the strategy in the Philippines and deliver results.
- Drive incremental Coface BI revenue through new and existing channel partnerships.
- Provide progress updates and sales forecasts for the Philippines.
- Work closely with Coface product teams to push for any product enhancements required to succeed in the assigned market.
- Build a presence in targeted industries through events, association participation, and presentations.
- Collaborate with regional and global management stakeholders to develop business and account plans, go-to-market strategy, and tactics.
- Manage a steady stream of sales pipeline and ensure CRM discipline and hygiene.
- Run cadence with regional team and partners to ensure a strong path to meet and exceed revenue commitments.
- Represent Business Information and our solutions at external events and work closely with the marketing team to build impactful content for the market.
- Ensure team members and partners are enabled and trained sufficiently to sell Coface propositions to the market.
- Act as the first escalation point for any issues in the region.
- Ensure accuracy in forecasting of sales and revenue targets.
- Ensure client NPS scores meet or exceed global benchmarks.
