Increase the value of the services bought by the allocated portfolio of clients according to the companyās targets;
Propose and negotiate renewals taking into account the renewal & pricing rules in place;
Engage in upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase the contract value;
Engage in specific account management tasks such as welcome visit, periodic visits and calls and renewal/upsell actions, based on the calendar agreed with the team leader;
Offer support to customers regarding their contract (explaining contract terms, explain the working procedure, represent the clientsā interests inside Coface);
Follow up with clients on actual usage of the services acquired and work with them to improve this indicator;
Update the specific CRM applications;
Provide reports and information regarding the portfolio managed;
Prepare presentations, graphs and analytical reports as required;
