As we expand our footprint in the Business information market, we are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to help us increase our sales pipeline and support our growth on the French Market.
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a key role in our sales process by qualifying inbound leads and conducting outbound prospecting to identify new business opportunities. Working closely with the Lead Generation Manager and the French sales team, the SDR will be crucial in driving the early stages of the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Lead Qualification:
鈥uickly respond to and qualify marketing generated inbound leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
鈥nderstand and analyze potential clients' needs, aligning them with our solutions.
鈥chedule meetings and demos with qualified leads for the sales team.
Outbound Prospecting:
鈥roactively identify and engage potential customers through targeted outbound efforts, including calls, emails, and social media.
鈥esearch and map out key decision-makers within target accounts to establish active communication and engagement with new prospects
鈥learly communicate our value proposition to generate interest and set up meetings for the sales team.
Pipeline Management and Reporting:
鈥aintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM system.
鈥ollaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
鈥rovide feedback and insights on lead quality, market trends, and prospecting strategies.
