What Will You Do?
You will gain hands-on, cross-functional experience in a role that is essential to the Commercial area. You will be part of the connection point between analysis, clients, and operations, supported by continuous training and guidance from experienced professionals. You will take part in activities such as:
- Analyzing commercial requests to ensure that each contract is solid, profitable, and aligned with the Groupâs commercial underwriting policies.
- Supporting the Account Management team, helping strengthen relationships with our clients and ensuring fast, attentive, and highâquality service.
- Ensuring smooth daily operations by keeping documentation, internal processes, and information updated, complete, and under control.
- Monitoring KPIs and using internal tools, such as the CRM, to ensure commercial indicators are up to date and support effective decisionâmaking.
- Collaborating with crossâfunctional teams, contributing to process improvements, workflow optimization, and stronger coordination between commercial and operational teams.
