β Conducting Audis Like - Audit, Case study to control quality issues.
β Prepare standard operating procedure and standard testing procedure Finished product, Raw Materials and Stability samples. Maintain quality control instruments.
β Maintain a high level of documentation status in QC laboratory. Prepare & oversee MIS reports on various processing. Review all documents & initiate internal/ external audits. Coordinate with the QA to ensure the document initiation. Develop CAPA as against tentative reports.
β Preparing clear explanatory documents such as customers.
β Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
β Organize and manage quality assurance functions in close co-operation with the customers and with the Companyβs Management team (Member of Management Team).
β Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training. β Collating and analyzing performance data and charts against defined parameters.
β Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary.
β Supervising technical staff in carrying out tests and checks.
β Writing technical and management systems reports.
β Bringing together staff of different disciplines and driving the group to plan, formulate and agree comprehensive quality procedures.
β Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization β Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers. β Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff.
β Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
β Manage and maintain the Companyβs quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials and components, processes and finished goods.
β Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems pertaining to the QA.
β Visiting customer places for reviewing customer complaints and providing justification for complaints.
β Conducting Daily MDIs on the shop floor and updating daily improvement and actions.
β Tracking, monitoring operation/quality metrics and working towards achieving company targets.
β Executive is the overall responsibility of executing the quality activities and reporting to the Senior Executive.
