1. Understand product requirements which to be NPD/NPI/Customized Sampled including their application conditions and requirements. Proper "translate" and document them according to relevant processes；
正确了解NPD/NPI/Sampling产品的各项要求，包括应用场景及其相关要求，按NPD/NPI/Sampling流程正确转化为产品的各项文书;
2. Data & document maintenance in relevant system including Google, Notes and Fusion etc. (Specs, Production Information, Item data to costing，BOM， etc.);
完成在各个产品数据库中与该产品相关的各项数据维护，包括但不限于产品规范、生产信息、物料清单，ERP内关联成本的数据等;
3. Closely working together internally with PLM/R&D/Site Supply Chain/Engineering/Quality/GPD on the test run plan execution and reporting, necessary externally with business partners；
与内部相关职能部门紧密协作，完成试制计划、记录数据及完成相关报告。当需要时，与外部业务伙伴保持必要的沟通；
4. Regular NPD/NPI/Sampling meeting with stakeholders, at least montly SLA & KPI updating and reporting with gap analaysis for improvement；
参加定期的NPD/NPI/Sampling相关会议，至少按月内部报告NPD/NPI/Sampling工作的绩效和服务承诺实现结果，对未达标部分进行分析和确定的补救措施，以保证季度或年度达到绩效目标；
5. Work together with Engineering to finalize product processes, with Quality to finalize QCP for new product & process introduction to ADS GZ Site including FA, trouble shooting, CAPA in the process；
与工程部确定NPD/NPI/Sampling产品或工艺的最佳制程方案，及与品质部确定其品质控制计划，包括异常分析、攻坚、改善防错等，向广州工厂进行新产品、新工艺导入；
6. Product costing follow up and cost down opportunities to align with market requirements；
产品成本的跟进和持续寻找降本机会以保持市场上的成本优势；
7. Support cost out initiatives including new source, new material qualification internally and external approvals (more NPI)；
支持新源新材料验证项目和跟进各项变更的内外部审批以达产品降本目标（为NPI侧重）；
8. Product/material external test follow up inclusing performance and compliance；
跟进产品与材料就性能与合规的外部测试；
9. Site level ECR/ECN/Waiver management；
负责工厂内ECR/ECN/Waiver管理；
10.Work with GPD/PLM/R&D/Platform ect team to develop/deploye/launch projects/Products success fully;
与GPD/PLM/R&D/Platform一起推动产品或项目成功开发/实施/落地等工作;
11. Training to others with regards to NPD/NPI/Sampling；
对有需要的同事进行NPD/NPI/Sampling相关培训；
12. Special cases and project assignments；
相关专案和项目的负责跟进；
13. Other jobs assigned by manager.
